About the Training

Grief work can be deeply meaningful, but it can also feel heavy, complex, and at times overwhelming. This group offers a supportive space to openly explore the why behind our hesitations: the emotional toll, lack of grief-specific training, the clinical uncertainties, and the ways our own experiences intersect with those of our clients.

Together, we’ll:

  • Reflect on common reasons clinicians may avoid or feel stuck in grief work

  • Process the emotional challenges of sitting with loss and pain

  • Acknowledge the impact of cumulative and collective grief within today’s sociopolitical climate

  • Connect with peers in a space grounded in honesty, curiosity, and care
