About Me
I was born and raised outside of Philly. I received my bachelors degree in psychology at Temple University. After college, I was awarded a post-baccalaureate position as a research assistant at the National Institute on Drug Abuse in Baltimore. From there, I moved back to Philly for grad school because I missed the infamous grit, culture, history, and food scene that is the quintessential Philly experience. I've since moved back to the suburbs because as much as I love city life, I also love nature and the outdoors.
I earned my Psy.D. (Doctor of Psychology) in Clinical Psychology from Widener University in 2022. I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Pennsylvania (#PS019683).
I received my Psy.D. from a generalist program, which means I'm trained to treat a wide variety of concerns, including grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and identity development. I have worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient mental health settings.

I have expertise in suicide loss survivorship. I was awarded distinguished honors for my dissertation on sibling survivors of suicide loss (i.e., siblings who have lost another sibling by suicide).
I also have expertise in chronic migraines and medical trauma. I completed my doctoral internship at Jefferson Headache Center, where I trained with a comprehensive team of multidisciplinary headache specialists.

When I'm not with clients, I am most likely spending time with family and friends, hiking, working out, riding horses, going to concerts, or doing art.
