GRIEF
can feel overwhelming. It touches every part of your life. In our work together, we won't try to erase that pain or rush through it to "move on." Instead we will work together to create space for your grief. This approach allows you to notice thoughts and feelings that come with loss without getting lost in them. It can be hard to find meaning after loss; we'll explore how to stay connected to what matters most to you while learning to live alongside the pain in a way that feels more gentle, more authentic, and still in line with your values.

traumatic loss
is any loss that is sudden, unexpected, violent, or deeply shocking. Suicide loss is a type of traumatic loss that I have particular expertise in. These types of losses aren't "just" grief. Traumatic loss fractures the world. Traumatic loss is trauma and grief and it is really as hard as it feels. Together, we can navigate grief and trauma in a way that feels safe and grounded without any pressure to speed up the process. I'm here to help you gently face painful thoughts and feelings and take steady steps toward a life that feels meaningful again. No platitudes ever. I promise.
