4.5 APA CEs: WORKING WITH SUICIDE LOSS SURVIVORS

9/19 | 9AM-1:30PM | Virtual | 4.5 APA Approved CEs | $109

Grief after suicide loss is not just emotional — it’s physiological, social, and deeply disorienting.

Anxiety, fear, and even panic are common but often overlooked parts of grieving after a traumatic loss like suicide. The sudden rupture in connection, the loss of identity, and the shattering of worldviews can leave survivors feeling unsafe in their own bodies and in the world around them.

We are social mammals. When that bond is suddenly, unexpectedly, (often violently) broken, our nervous systems can respond with intense dysregulation — because this isn’t just about missing someone. It’s about losing a lifeline.

As psychologists, how can we support survivors navigating this unique and complex form of grief?

Join us on September 19th for a virtual CE training: “Working with Suicide Loss Survivors”

We'll explore clinical approaches for addressing physiological dysregulation, restoring a sense of safety, and supporting identity reconstruction after suicide loss.

Let’s create space for this conversation — and better care for those living with the aftermath.
